What personal data we collect and why we collect it.
We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store or when you sign up to a newsletter.
Whilst you visit our site we track products you have viewed, so we can show you products that you may have recently viewed, for instance.
Location, IP address and browser type are used to determine the estimation of taxes and shipping costs.
Shipping address: This is required to deliver the order
When purchasing from us, we will ask you to provide information that includes your name, billing and or shipping address, email address, phone number, payment details and optional account details such as username and password. This information is required to:- send information regarding your account and order, respond to any requests, including complaints or refunds, process payments and prevent fraud, the setting up of your account for our store, comply with any legal obligations we have including calculating taxes or to improve the offerings of our store, send you marketing information if you have chosen to receive them.
When creating an account we store your name, address, email and phone number which is used to populate the checkout for any future orders.
If you complete our contact form we will collect your name,e-mail address and message in order to respond to your query.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
We only store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purpose for which we collect and use it, or where we are legally required to continue to keep it, retaining the information for up to 6 years for tax and accounting purposes for example.
If you chose to sign up to our email list, your name and email address will be kept until you choose to unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the newsletter/email that you receive from us.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
